01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 666ph ("666ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 666ph online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through 666ph.org and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are met and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. 666ph shall not be liable for any loss arising from a player's misrepresentation of eligibility.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) 666ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 666ph login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying 666ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring your registered mobile number and email address remain current and accessible.

666ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 666ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 666ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 666ph supports the following approved payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to approved banks

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your 666ph account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 666ph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

666ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the policies of the relevant financial institution.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

666ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 666ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, collusion, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the 666ph Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

666ph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All random number generators (RNGs) used in 666ph games are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under real-time supervision.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. 666ph does not reverse completed game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, 666ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.
• 666ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage, including bots, scripts, or exploit-based strategies.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the 666ph Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 666ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play if you are under 21 years of age. 666ph will cooperate fully with authorities in cases of underage gambling.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.

08 Responsible Gaming

666ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

In accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and our own responsible gaming framework, 666ph provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 666ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

666ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering a 666ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Key data practices include:

12 Amendments to Terms

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 666ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 666ph, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent courts of the Philippines.

• For gaming-related disputes, players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
• For data privacy concerns, players may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
